Female Executive Assistant – Legal & Administration
WinAm is looking for a capable, disciplined, and highly responsible female candidate to support the Director in corporate legal matters, administration, project documentation, and daily execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who can write well, follow through, and handle important work with speed, precision, and professionalism.

What this role is really about
This position goes beyond routine admin work. It is designed for a candidate who can combine legal accuracy, document discipline, task ownership, and direct executive support in a fast-moving business environment.
Core responsibilities
- Handle corporate legal procedures including company establishment, business registration updates, capital contribution records, and transfer documents.
- Draft, review, and organize contracts, official letters, legal documents, and internal administrative paperwork.
- Work with government agencies and relevant authorities while monitoring the legal status of the enterprise.
- Prepare bidding files, quotations, supporting project documentation, and follow project progress closely.
- Execute assignments from the Director with strong follow-through, confidentiality, and practical problem-solving.
Ideal candidate profile
- Female candidate only.
- Bachelor’s degree required. A Law major is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. At least 1 year of experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong drafting ability and confident use of office software are essential.
- Careful, hardworking, discreet, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Must be available for external work, mobility, and business travel when required.
- Must be able to work a full day every Saturday.
